Lawsuit against the ecuadorian state for environmental damages in the Galapagos Islands

After December 22, 2019, where a ship sinks after the fall of a forklift and a container with an electric generator, a lawsuit was filed against the Ecuadorian State, ordering the immediate removal of these devices and starting the investigations necessary to file charges against those responsible, in order to remedy environmental pollution after the incident at the Dock, which is located in the Galapagos Islands - San Cristóbal. These actions seek to defend this fragile and unique ecosystem in the world, we look forward to your participation and social or economic contribution, in order to guarantee the defense of nature and human rights.
